Scheduling - Credit cards are required to schedule an appointment

Cancellations/Missed/Late Arrivals - a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a 50% service charge

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to complete your full service, however full services fees apply

Gift Certificates - If the appoinment is missed without the proper 24 hour cancellation the entire gift certificate is voided.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used by the expiration date.
We will not accept expired gift certificates
